Jhuthi’s Enterprises Limited is committed to a proper HSSE policy, endorsed by the committee of directors and Health and Safety Management. The Jhuthi’s Enterprises Limited HSSE policy is reviewed annually, in every month of January, whereby it is communicated to all employees and interested parties.

• Ensuring that all our workers have time to rest during their working hours so as to mitigate fatigue,
• Ensuring that all our workers perform their works in hygienic conditions and have regular medical checkup sponsored by the company,
• Ensuring that our workers handling hazardous chemicals such as paint are inducted and given proper trainings,
• Protect the environment against any possible pollution and damage,
• Use material and energy efficiently to provide our products and services,
• Play a leading role in promoting best practices of our industries,

• Promote a culture, in which all employees share this commitment,
• Protect personal, property, information and reputation against security threats,
• Care for health and safety of our service providers, suppliers and all those whose health may be impacted by our operations.

Our HSSE Policy:

• Has systematic approach to HSSE management designed to ensure compliance with the law and to achieve continuous performance improvement,
• Set targets for improvement and measures, appraise and report performance,
• Require suppliers and service providers to manage HSE issues in line with this policy,
• Require joint ventures under its operations control to apply this policy and use their influence to promote it in our ventures.

This company policy has been availed to all and simple guidelines have been put in place to act as a key guide in achieving the intended HSSE performance.
