On 16th August 2000, the business was formally registered as Jhuthi’s Enterprises (Certificate No. 320640). As the scope of operations expanded beyond building construction, the company diversified into a wider range of engineering and infrastructure services.

On 28th March 2018, Jhuthi’s Enterprises was incorporated under the Companies Act, 2015, and now operates as Jhuthi’s Enterprises Ltd, a private limited liability company in Kenya.

Today, the company provides comprehensive infrastructure development services in the following areas:
